Documents
The functions that allow users to view and print documents can be
accessed via the main menu or side menu.
5.1
Delivery Orders, Invoices, Credit Notes, Debit Notes
The Documents Summary page is a summary of documents such as Delivery
Orders, Invoices, Credit Notes and Debit Notes in EMAS Inventory. Using the Search Toolbar that is present on
the top of the page allows you to narrow your search for documents.
You can change the type of document you wish to view by changing the
‘Bill Type’ on the Search Toolbar or by selecting the document type from the
side menu.
To view documents, click on the reference number or on the ‘View’ button
of the document you wish to view.
